*If you are a Tribal Member, your admission is free but you still need to register on the square site under the "2024 NWAC Tribal Member Admission" option so we can account for your attendance. Tribal Members are also welcome and encouraged to apply for the AOA stipend found in the link above.*

All conference attendees must register for the conference to participate. Attendance at the meeting constitutes as an agreement to adhere to the Northwest Anthropological Association’s Policy on Harassment and Code of Conduct including the possibility that a violation may cause one’s termination from participation in the meeting without refund. 

​

On-site registration will be available throughout the conference. 

 

Refund Policy:

 

Conference registrants can request a full refund of registration and banquet payments up to February 4th (end of early registration) and a 50% refund up to February 5th. All payments are non-refundable after February 21st. However, if the conference is canceled or postponed for circumstances beyond the control of the planning committee, we will fully refund all registration and banquet payments. Conference fees for advertising, vendor tables, tours, merchandise, and the banquet are non-refundable.
